Potato Skins



  1. Bake potatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  2. Cut potatoes in half; sprinkle with salt.

  3. Top each with 1 tsp. Classic Pimiento Cheese.

  4. Place on a broiler pan; broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 2 minutes.

  5. Top with green onions and bacon.
