Pizza


This recipe makes 4 to 6 crusts

INGREDIENTS


PREPARATION

  1. Pre-heat stone to 450°.

  2. Dissolve yeast, butter and sugar in warm water. Let stand until mixture is foamy.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, garlic powder and oregano.

  4. Add yeast mixture, and knead for 10 minutes.

  5. Let rise until tripled in bulk.

  6. For a 15” pizza, break off about 2 cups of the dough.

  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, stretching it to form.

  8. Sprinkle cornmeal on pizza peel and transfer dough to it.

  9. Brush the crust with olive oil and marinara sauce.

  10. Add cheeses and desired toppings.

  11. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
