Cheese Filling

INGREDIENTS


PREPARATION

  1. Soften the butter and mix in the grated cheese.

  2. Add the cream, parsley and chives and mix thoroughly.

  3. Fill each crepe with some of the cheese filling. Fold over and place in a buttered shallow baking dish.

  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly tested.
