Brussels Sprouts, Roasted

INGREDIENTS


PREPARATION

  1. Select Saute function.

  2. Heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until translucent, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 1 minute more.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour vegetable broth over Brussels sprouts.

  5. Close and lock the lid.

  6. Select high pressure; set timer for 3 minutes.

  7. Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method.

  8. Unlock and remove lid.
