Buttery Sweet Carrots

INGREDIENTS


PREPARATION

  1. Pour 1 cup cold water, then place a stainless steel steamer basket in Instant Pot.

  2. Add carrots in steamer basket. Pressure Cook at High Pressure for 2 minutes, then Quick Release.

  3. Set aside the pressure cooked carrots. Discard the water in inner pot.

  4. Towel dry inner pot, then heat up the Instant Pot using the Saute button.

  5. Once the indicator says HOT, add in unsalted butter.

  6. Add in the cooked carrots, brown sugar, and table salt.

  7. Saute for roughly 2 minutes until the sugar melts and coats the carrots.
