Chicken and Crispy Rosemary Fries



  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Place chicken and potatoes into a large bowl. Pour olive oil over them, and stir to coat.

  3. Scatter the potato pieces in a large baking dish, or cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle with a third of the rosemary, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper mix.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.

  5. Add chicken. Sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Baste during the last 15 minutes for extra crispness.
