☐ 1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed
☐ 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinaigrette
☐ 1/2 cup candied pecans, chopped
☐ 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese (about 1 cup)
PREPARATION
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with Apple Cider Vinaigrette; toss well. Sprinkle with pecans and goat cheese.
