Beef Pot Roast II



1. Heat olive oil in a skillet.

2. Rub seasoning mix into roast and coat with flour/salt.

3. Brown roast on all sides in the skillet.

4. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, wine, beef broth and water.

5. Place pot roast in the cooker and coat with soup mixture.

6. Cook on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours, then on LOW setting for 2 hours.
