Sausage Filling

SAUSAGE FILLING:

PREPARATION

  1. Brown sausage and onion and marjoram. Drain off grease.

  2. Put meat mixture in crepe and roll up.

  3. Place in greased oven proof pan or dish and bake for 30 minutes at 375°F.

  4. After 30 minutes, remove and top with topping; return to oven cook for 5 minutes.
